These are indeed unprecedented times. The convergence of these crisis have exacerbated the conditions within our countries that have historically threatened our prosperity as African creatives.
Regardless, we are being called to task as African creatives to dream big, strategically plan for our future, and to do the necessary work to bring about transformational change.
We must collectively RE-CALIBRATE and reimagine what heathier, economic viable, environmentally sustainable, way we can tell our stories.
PhotoWaka Africa has been invited to host a session at this year's ; a virtual gathering of dreamers, doers, fururists, & changemakers passionate about moving Africa forward. This virtual summit will last from the 17th-19th of November 2020.
Our session is scheduled for Thursday, 19th November, 2020- 4:15pm - 5:15pm (GMT); Note that the time is in GMT and should be converted to your time zone.
We have amazing lineup of speakers: Mr Onye Ubanatu (Pan Africa Content Producer), Keren Mwendera (An Award Winning Journalist & The Curator of The Forbes Africa 30 Under 30), and our very own Eti-Inyene Godwin Akpan (Founder/Executive Director of PhotoWaka Africa). This season will be modrated by Olihita Erebor .
