💚Heart-Earth-Breath🍃

For this video, I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone and create something I’ve been wanting to create for years now. I’ve always been writing stories, poems, spoken words, and I’ve always wanted to turn those into videos.

Since being too shy has kept me back for so long, challenged me to film, write and record this little story about the breathwork sessions she’s hosting in pure nature.

Locking myself up to record my own voice, speaking the words I wrote, actually made me as nervous as if the whole world was watching me. After 30+ recordings and observing all that went on inside me, I’m glad I found some recordings to work with and feel proud for facing this obstacle🙏🏽

Breathwork has helped me get to this point as well, so I would sincerely recommend it to anyone dealing with any obstacles in their selves.
