In a world fully saturated with noise and artificial intelligence, creation for me begins by turning inwards, in search of the things only ‘you’ can see. The things only ‘you’ can feel.

For 5 years I’ve been guiding small & intimate groups of people to my favorite corners of Kenya, on a journey towards aligning their personal values & beliefs with their creative identity, a journey of self-expression while being fully immersed in the mystery of the natural world.

I just received a last-minute opening on my Kenya November 2026 expedition, and it can be yours.

But be careful, you don’t come on my expeditions to learn photography, you come to learn how to see what only ‘you’ can see. To reveal the things that are hidden for others, by daring to be vulnerable. Eventually you’ll learn how that way of looking at the world will enrich your life. And I’ll be guiding you on that journey. Not teaching you how to imitate the world, but how to develop your own way of seeing it.

If you are ready, the link in my bio has all the information.

You can join me to Patagonia in 3 weeks from now!
1 last-minute seat has opened up on my April 2026 Patagonia expedition that starts on April 27.

We will track the elusive puma on foot while being guided by the nr 1 puma guide in the world, we will explore Torres del Paine National Park during fall season, the best month of the year, surrounded by glaciers and lakes, and we will ride horses deep into the Baguales mountains with some of Patagonia’s last gauchos. Meanwhile we stay at an active working estancia learning about the careful balance between conserving nature and culture in rural Patagonia.

Both the 2026 as well as the 2027 edition of this expedition sold out in a week, so this is a rare opportunity to get on board very last-minute.

Link in bio has all the details, or just sent a DM if you’re keen on joining.

Meanwhile here’s a series of photographs of some of place we will experience on this journey.

Even after all those years in and around Amboseli lake, there’s still moments that bring me to a complete stand still, drop that god damn viewfinder and just breathe while watching in complete awe. This particular jaw-dropping morning last November was one of them.

With my 2026 expedition to Kenya being fully booked, I just released 2027 dates. Let’s go and find these moments together! Link in bio.

Launching a new expedition: ICELAND! ❄️
After 5 years of hosting expeditions to Africa and Himalayas, I felt it’s time for something different. It is therefore with great pride that I launch a brand-new expedition in my portfolio, a 4x4 overland expedition that the heart of Iceland.

Dates: August 6-14, 2027.

We will hike on glaciers and volcanoes, soak in thermal hot springs, stay in the most incredible hotels, and traverse the entire core of Iceland in uniquely modified off-road Monster Jeeps. All while being guided by one of Iceland’s best adventure guides.

There’s no better way to experience this rugged island in the Atlantic.

I first set foot on Icelandic soil in 2016, in the early days of my journey as a photographer. In the decade that followed, I returned countless times, through storms, under the midnight sun, across aurora-lit nights, and while crossing those volcanic plains, I fell in love with the place. Soon after, my focus shifted mostly to Africa, but I’m feeling a call to return, with fresh eyes, and allowing an intimate group of people to join me.

A journey far beyond the crowded viewpoints, with unique access to places most travellers never get to see. The vehicles we use will bring us to places no one goes and I will guide you in creating your own intimate photographic portfolio about these uniquely special landscapes.

If you ever dreamt about going to Iceland, this is your call.

Over the course of an intensive 12-hour day, I’ll guide you in aligning your personal values with your creative identity. We’ll explore how to discover and photograph stories that matter to you, and how to shape those ideas from scratch to publication.

Together, we’ll work on uncovering your unique voice in a world overflowing with images and opinions, and I’ll support you in building your self-confidence as a storyteller, amplifying your perspective through the power of community.

We’ll dive into practical strategies for transforming ideas into business concepts with real longevity. Most importantly, I’ll encourage you to invest in becoming a better human first, because that growth will naturally make you a better photographer.

Farewell my friend.
I’m deeply saddened to hear about Craig’s passing, Amboseli’s largest Tusker and very likely the world’s most known elephant.

I was fortunate enough to spend time in his presence over the years, and time after time I was deeply moved by his ability to allow people to truly feel the mighty but peaceful force that is nature. His calm spirit created space for people to let the entire world go to silent and almost enter another dimension in his presence.

He was a true Ambassador of Amboseli and of elephants worldwide and my thoughts are with all who shared the land with him. To , who knew him his entire life, to , who did everything in their ability to protect and ultimately save him, and to the entire Amboseli community, who have lived side by side with him for 54 years. Consolation is that he died on his own terms, in the wild, without being speared, poisoned or hunted. And that is thanks to the continuous efforts of those who deeply cared about him.

Beyond mourning his loss, let’s not forget that living a life of 54 years in the wild, with tusks still fully intact, and in near complete peace, is something to cherish and celebrate in today’s world. It stands as a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together.

I sincerely hope this is the legacy Craig leaves for future generations of conservationists, community leaders, policymakers, and nature lovers alike.

Traveling to Amboseli will never be the same.

Here’s a visual tribute to you.

Run free, old man.
Safari njema, mzee.
