2007 was EPIC, I had the chance to photograph in a small local gym court in Vlissingen (the Netherlands). I was a young photographer without any experience and I was super nervous to meet my heroes from my childhood. I never ever shared these pictures to the public. I don’t know why. They look better now then I thought back on the day.

I shot this one in 2019 for . I don’t know why I didn’t share this one before it’s such a great image.

A new image I created for This time it was in a “mine”. Not the most photogenic room because it was designed to be played in the dark. So I created some dusty atmosphere and transformed a flash-head into a practical in the background. The storyline of an escaperoom often had an open ending. So this gives me the opportunity to use my own imagination how to place the actor. # broncolor

Another shot I created for Shooting in an escape room seems easy. While the styling is most of the times really good. The light is hard to manage and the spaces are really small. So rigging light and finding a place to place the camera is more of a puzzle than solving an escape room.
