is so much more than a photography festival. It’s a celebration of creativity, culture, storytelling, and the incredible community that brings it all together. I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned over the past three decades behind the camera, connecting with photographers from around the world, and learning from an amazing lineup of creatives.

On Wednesday, I had the privilege of presenting my Business Blueprint for Photographers and Videographers to an enthusiastic group of talented creatives at headquarters in Centurion.

It wasn’t the most glamorous presentation. There were no shortcuts, hacks, or magic formulas. Just honest conversations about the realities of building a sustainable and profitable photography business. The kind of topics many photographers and videographers would rather avoid, but often need the most.

The response and engagement were incredible, and I’m grateful to Nikon South Africa for their continued support and commitment to helping photographers grow, not just creatively, but as business owners too.

Growth rarely happens inside our comfort zones. Sometimes the most valuable lessons come from the conversations we’d rather not have.

Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and challenged themselves to think differently. I look forward to the next one.
