It’s been a while - but thanks to your help I was able to donate a whopping €400 for the victims of the Syria and Turkey Earthquakes! I am now working my way through the various photoshoots, trying to catch these magic late summer sunsets. And didn’t Mirjam Vd Heyden and Jake do brilliantly with their posing?

Mittlerweile ein Weilchen her - aber dank Eurer Hilfe konnte ich fantastische €400 an die Opfer des Erdbebens in Syrien und der Türkei spenden. Ich arbeite mich jetzt durch die diversen Fotoshootings, und versuche, diese magischen Spätsommer-Sonnenuntergänge zu erwischen. Haben Mirjam und Jake wie Profis gemacht, das mit dem Posen?

And now over to the young riders - The five-gait A-Finals.

So here we go - these are some (!) of the images taken at the F1 B-Finals at the World Championships for Icelandic Horses.
For those not familiar with the Icelandic world: F1 is the highest category of the five-gait tests, meaning these horses demonstrate walk, trot, canter, tölt, and the very special flying pace (which is sadly not pictured as I was in the wrong position to capture this properly).
I have a favourite - can you guess which one it is?!
