Experiencing something different for the first time, in my own backyard. A few weeks ago I woke up quite early and discovered scenes in my neighborhood that got me just as excited about nature as if I were back in Iceland or somewhere new. Loving the light, the colors and artic like mood of these clouds. Science can explain this rare treat that I got to play around with.

Rashida prefers to be behind the camera, not in the front. So do I. I completely understand how uncomfortable it is for most people to be photographed. What I love though, is building that momentum in the shoot, to help my clients who are looking for profile pics, to find their ease within themselves and shoot them from a place of comfort. Beautiful and inspirational ladies. I was fortunate enough to have photographed a fab PowerMom seminar organized by the ever so lovely Daphne Feller from BrainExplainers in early Spring. I have no idea why I haven't posted these mini-session portraits sooner.
