I will always be a nature photographer at heart but I like to challenge myself and portraits is definitely a way to do that. So many more things to think about technically while at the same time you have a model to communicate with. But then again how challenging is it really when you meet talented and nice people like Renee Peters and it is really all about hanging out in the studio for a couple of hours having fun. The National Constitution day of May 17th well spent outside. Weird to think it is only 2 months ago I camped in the same area with tons of snow and temperatures dropping below minus 20 degrees C. Such a beautiful time of year with rich, clean colours and birds chirping like crazy (even all night😴)
