I spent last weekend at a brand new festival called A Summer's Tale in Luhmühlen, a tiny town in northern Germany. Fun was had, pictures were taken.

A Summers' tale - four days of music, art and all thing good in the woods of northern Germany.

This weekend I hiked 11km up to Trolltunga, a mountaincliff with a 700m drop below. After spending the night up in the mountains I got to photograph Shining - one of the most epic experiences ever!

Before last weeks concert with Swans I asked for ten minutes for a portrait session - and was given three.. ..out of which I spent one goofing around taking a selfie with their drummer named Thor, and two taking the actual portrait.

Have you ever stood next to the runway as an airliner takes off? I have - and I got the exact same tingling feeling in my ears last night while photographing Swans for Under the Radar. Sometimes it's best just to experience events instead of trying to capture them. Tonight I only shot 4 frames at a concert before hanging my camera on my shoulder. This is one of them. Grouper at Landmark Bergen, compliments Perfect Sounds Forever and Utmark.
