Full experience on my YouTube 🤷🏼‍♂️Yes my channel is suppose to be about my art but is part of my life and since my diagnoses in 2019 at age 49 🤬 I’ve made a decision to be open about it for years I’ve shared my thoughts and experiences in my private Facebook but stopped at some point as every one has there own challenges. The last 2 months has been hell and yesterday was one of the worst days and unfortunately the number of worst days are now increasing. And I’ve obviously now decided to be open about it here and not just through the use of hashtags but by showing you what this illness looks like behind the scenes the part you don’t get to see. I have written a whole book about it but who would want to read about my thoughts right 🤷🏼‍♂️ but it’s a third persons perspective on my life a life with and it’s a seasons photo book with 131 of my best artworks from 2024-2025. Anyway the sus is shining and have so much to be grateful for. 🤞

Some might question why I posted this video some might even judge me but the video actually had a title and it’s Who Really Cares. As I said it’s not a scripted video but it’s one I’ve been wanting to make for years but I didn’t because I knew it will not be easy to make or put it out there as I have also said in it I or people with bipolar has to be excellent lairs to get by in life.

I’m not sure if facebook will post the whole video as it’s 1h14 minutes long so the full video is also on my YouTube link at the bottom and well it’s partly a video partly probably a short biography of who is Douglas Carr but like I said who cares at least I have gotten it of my chest of finally made and posted it and who knows maybe now was the right time.

I’m not a beger but I would by truly grateful and believe me I have come to understand the meaning of the word as well even I have a great life but most people on earth don’t know how good they have it and are taking it for granted.
