Somewhere over 5000m on the way to Thorung-La pass. The sun is just finding its way over the peaks, but we've been at it for a few hours already, getting through some of the 14 false peaks to our target.

My first sunset over 5000m, on a ridge revealing a mesmerizing view of all of the Annapurna peaks. It's a strange feeling standing at this altitude and gazing at these giants another 3000m above you. From left to right - Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m) and Annapurna I (8091m).

Sometimes you just need to stand on a 300m drop.
