Cam Vaughne Living on an island called Bali. Sharing our experiences around the world through photos and videos. Hi!

We’re Cam and Kelsey – Just another one of those crazy married couples who decided the 9-5 lifestyle wasn’t cuttin’ it – so we left our jobs, sold our crap, packed our bags and hit the road!

A young Nepalese boy, wreaking havoc on a swarm of pigeons at Boudha Stupa in Kathmandu 🕊️🔫

This was by far one of my favorite places to photograph during my time in Nepal last year. We must’ve visited it 3-4 mornings in a row, and I still managed to leave curious. The sheer amount of activity that surrounds this historic landmark on a day-to-day basis is borderline overwhelming to comprehend. It’s a place you could easily spend an entire week just observing, and would still leave feeling like you completely missed it. A cultural spectacle in the heart of Kathmandu 🇳🇵

Nestled along the side of a cliff, in one of the most isolated countries in the world, Tiger’s Nest is a spiritual beacon that sits proudly amongst the towering peaks of the Himalayas. A crown-jewel of Bhutan, this ancient monastery dates back as far as the 8th century, and still serves as a major pilgrimage site for Bhutanese Buddhists (as well as a beautiful pack of Bhutanese dogs) 🐕

A young monk making his evening commute across a bridge at Dzong Punakha, Bhutan 🇧🇹

The country of Bhutan was by far one of the most interesting travel experiences I’ve had over recent years. I’m just now starting to dive into the photos I captured during my time there early last year, but am feeling very excited to begin sharing.

On my last trip to Kawah Ijen, I learned that (due to an increase in rainfall last year) my friends who work as sulphur miners were actually having to work inside of the highly toxic, crater lake.

As if breathing in the nauseous fumes that the volcano expels on a daily basis wasn’t grueling enough, they were now subject to mining within the acidic water with zero protective equipment ☠️

This ultimately results in horrible burns and scaring across their arms and legs, and if by any chance even the slightest drop enters their mouth or eyes, will result in death.

After hearing of this, a few of us were able to raise enough money to outfit 6 of our friends with fully waterproof, protective gear. It may not solve the problem entirely, but it’s hopefully a step in the right direction 🙏🏽

We are so excited to finally announce the project that we’ve been working on for the last 6 months! is an independent label dedicated to giving back to the places around the world that inspire us 🍃

It’s always been our dream to own a company that allows us to help communities in need, and being able to do so here at our home in Bali is beyond what we ever could have imagined! It’s been a long journey seeing this through to now, but having brought together artists from across the island, we’re proud to announce our first collection of high quality, handmade camera straps that tell the story of Bali’s most significant landmark - Mount Agung 🌋

The Agung Collection will be available for preorder on November 23rd, so make sure to follow on Instagram to stay up to date with special announcements and giveaways 😉❤️
