Its been a while 😅 A few months to be exact. A big move and lots of changes of late. All good things. Anyway, I have some exciting news...

🚨 New studio alert! ⚠️

I have been lucky enough to have a new painting space in central Invercargill

After months of settling into a new job, new house and all the other new things, I finally have a space to create! I already have a couple of new works on the go, so watch this space 🚀

Also, some new prints are on their way - a new collection I will be adding to my website as soon as they hit my doorstep!

Any other bird artists out there find it a challenge to paint bird claws?!

It's my least favourite thing to paint, always the last thing that I do and often think about hiding them behind some foliage 😆

But I also love a challenge!

He's off to his new home and couldn't be happier!

So much thanks to Josh Overend for allowing me to use his incredible image to paint from. Photography is an art in itself, so I'm always a little nervous to approach photographer's about their images, Josh made it a great experience.
