How to fall asleep easily and wake up in a cheerful state and in a good mood.

I must say right away that my texts don't concern my models)) There is my wonderful couple in the photo)

The day is over, I'm tired and go to sleep, and I can lie an hour or even more and I can't fall asleep. If you know this situation, then this post is for you.

And in the morning I wake up broken, I haven't had time to get up yet and my mood is already bad.

I decided to share with you, as I suffered from both problems for a very long time. And maybe it will be useful to someone)
Now I’m reading the book "The Miracle morning", it helped me to get up in a cheerful state.
And with falling asleep, I struggled hard for a long time) And now I'm glad that there is no problem with this.
So the recipe for falling asleep:

Try to meditate at night) at least 10 minutes)

Now a lot of information on this topic, I won't go into details, but I will say that it was breathing that helped me.
Sit comfortably, close your eyes and focus on breathing, breathe slowly and deeply. Remember that although you try to calm your mind, thoughts will persistently go into your head. This is exactly my problem as I go to bed I have a messy stream of thoughts) Just acknowledge them and let them go, and again focus on breathing.

I'm doing this while lying down with the music of the marathon that Im going through. But before that, I also used different types of music for meditation.

Now I will say about the morning)
I can say a lot of things, but the main idea is our installation before bedtime. What we think about and how we program ourselves before bedtime, so it will be. For example, we go to bed late, and we need to get up early. And we tell ourselves: "Well, I won’t get enough sleep." In fact, if you tell yourself that 6-7 hours will be enough for you to sleep and in the morning when the alarm rings I get up awake in cheerful mood, then most likely it will be so) It seems so simple, but it’s one of the main points that helped me.
