Great property marketing starts before the photographer arrives.
Some shoots just flow.
Not because of the house alone, but because everyone is aligned.
The owners had clearly put the time in.
The home wasn’t styled for photos. It was prepared with care.
The agent had set the direction early.
Who the buyer is.
How the home should be presented.
What the campaign needs to communicate.
My job was to capture all of that.
To let the effort, detail, and intention show through in the images.
At one point, the owners, the agent, and I were all moving a large piece of furniture together.
No egos. Just teamwork.
That’s when you know a shoot is going to work.
When preparation, strategy, and ex*****on line up, the result always feels better.
And it always shows.
