This release from .co.nz and with the Starward Project Ruby Single Malt is fantastic! Matured in Portuguese Ruby Port casks, saw me tasting beautiful soft candied fruits with butterscotch, rich in colour and lovely on the noise! This jumped firmly into one of my favorites. Awesome job!

This beauty from Tomatin arrived today along with a side order of the Bushmills Christmas Causeway. This Tomatin 2011 Limited Edition got opened straight away lol, with Christmas cake smells filling the nose, I personally get subtle orange, dark toffee and cardamom. One very happy customer! .co.nz

Glenglassaugh 12 uear old, a wonderful highland single malt. With the Glenglassaugh Distillery current closed for a while it may be a while before we get to enjoy a their whisky! Smooth and easy sipping! Sherry barrels bring in the ripe candied fruits, with a crisp finish. Rachel Barrie seeing a wonderful whisky gets to the market.
