Out on site yesterday with the team at Mercury at their geothermal operations near Taupō.

Jamie and Roy delivered a live demo of the DJI Dock 3 ecosystem, showcasing autonomous drone deployments, DJI FlightHub 2, thermal inspections, and remote asset monitoring capabilities in a real-world environment.

From substation inspections and geothermal monitoring through to thermal anomaly detection and emergency response, autonomous drone operations are opening up huge opportunities across the energy sector.

A big thanks to the Mercury team for having us on site and for the great conversations around the future of drone technology in renewable energy.
