Hormones, cramping, moodiness, bloating....

▪️ When it’s that time of the month, we probably skipping exercising and treat ourselves with chocolate, burgers, potato chips...and it’s understandable, I have those moments too.

▪️ But believe me, some light exercise is definitely better than no exercise when it comes to beating the bloat and boosting your mood. Your body will thank you🙏

▪️ Regular exercise is beneficial for your body and your mind. There’s no scientific reason you should skip out on your workouts during your period.

▪️ So, girls, continue with exercise, but back off on the intensity, especially if you’re feeling fatigued. Vary your workouts, don’t lift heavy weights, take extra time to recover and honor what you’re capable of.
