I love Piwakawaka / NZ Fan Tails. They are not shy and love to harass you when you are walking through the woods. I managed to capture these the other day and thought to make a single shot of it flitting about. It was quite dark and the camera's ISO was fixed at 12800 which was still too low, but I think they came OK.

Had this little beasty wander across the kitchen floor today so rushed to grab my Canon RF 100 F2.8 Macro lens. light wasn't brilliant and he was a little feisty but it was a good test of this lens ability to auto focus at close quarters. I think it was a female Common Giant house spider as its body, head to butt was bigger than 15 mm.
