In 2017, when I was on maternity leave with my then four month old, the opportunity to lease a commercial space and turn it into a studio appeared. I knew the opportunity was too good to be true, and I decided to take it... with lots of uncertainty, and financially a lot on the line. It was life-changing. Having this little space I could call my own was a dream come true, although I very quickly outgrew it. So the time came to move onto a bigger space - directly across the road! Now five years later I am closing the doors on my studio space for the last time. Today has been an emotional rollercoaster, but the time is right.
I will be forever grateful to everyone who has walked through my doors. Now it is time for me to return to being exclusively on location again, which I'm excited about. I love sharing your space with you guys and individualising my photos to suit your lifestyle and homes.
This photo was taken about an hour ago after I'd had about my 5th cry of the day (don't look too closely or you will see the tears!) with my beautiful boys who have called this place their second home.
Onwards and upwards. But again, thank you all xx
