Watching the seasons shift is a quiet reminder of how much can change in just a few months… the golden light of autumn, the long grass in summer, the softness of spring.

Each one brings its own kind of beauty and your family right along with it, growing and changing in ways you don’t always notice until you look back.

That’s why I offer seasonal mini sessions throughout the year. A chance to pause for just a moment, step into whatever season you’re in, literally and figuratively and have it documented in a way that feels true to you.
These spring minis were filled with soft colours, cuddly kids, and that warm, early light that makes everything feel fresh again.

When time slows, routines blur, and everything starts to revolve around this tiny new person you’ve just met but somehow already know.

Baby Cora came into the studio with that fresh, peaceful presence only a newborn brings. Curled in close to mum and dad, she was calm, content, and completely wrapped in love.

This session was soft, simple, and intentionally quiet… just the three of them, figuring it all out together. No rush. No pressure. Just space to breathe each other in.

That’s the heart of these studio newborn sessions. Nothing overly posed. Just connection, comfort, and the start of a brand new story.

One of the best parts of this job is getting to watch little ones grow, not just in size, but in confidence too!

This sweet girl has been in front of my camera a few times now, and each time she meets me with a little more spark, a little more trust. This time, she was all smiles in the long grass at Cornwall Park... exploring, playing, snuggling into mum and dad without needing much encouragement at all.

It’s a reminder that photos don’t just capture a moment... they build on moments we’ve already shared. And when kids feel safe, seen, and unhurried, they open up in the most beautiful ways.

If you’ve ever worried your little one might not “perform” for the camera… this is your sign that they don’t have to. They just have to be themselves. I’ll meet them there.
