I was amazed to find out that one of my images had been selected to be one of the 80 images by 80 photographers representing the Photographic Society of New Zealand (PSNZ) in this year’s Four Nations Inter Society Photographic Challenge. The team of 80 images were sent off to the international judges who judged the final part of this competition between New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Canada.
A record number of PSNZ photographers submitted a record number of images of incredibly high standard, to be considered for selection to represent the PSNZ in the Four Nations Challenge for 2026.
After a long string of fourth place finishes, last year NZ moved up to third place overall and this year NZ made it all the way up to second place overall!
PSSA took out the Gold Medal with 2600 points
PSNZ were Second with 2594 points
APS were Third with 2554 points
CAPA were Fourth with 2546 points
