Great couple of days at the Skateboarding New Zealand Inc Secondary Schools Skate Champs in Auckland this week. Such an awesome event and some incredibly talented (and fearless!) skaters!!

Entering in competitions is still something pretty new to me so I am stoked to receive the DCC Photojournalism Award in the Dunedin Photographic Society's Projected Exhibition earlier this month. I also received an honours and two acceptances.

Back to back championships for the Central Otago Does.

They faced off against Alhambra Union RFC in the Women’s Rugby Division 2 at Tāhuna Park in Dunedin. An epic game of grit, the Does won 31-17.

Gutted to hear the news of Sam Neill’s passing yesterday.

I photographed and interviewed him a number of times and he was always so genuine and kind. A huge advocate for the underdog and for Central Otago.

I spent Saturday as part of a volunteer photography team from the Dunedin Photographic Society capturing ’s Relay for Life - such an incredible event! Well done to all those who took part, and organisers for their hard mahi behind the scenes to make it a success!
