New pump track in Milton next to the skatepark. 5/5⭐️ Lots of fun with a table jump & mini bowl. Next to the old skatepark with a pretty nice quarter. Another great stop on the way to Central Otago to break up the drive.

Karitane school pump track. 3/5⭐️ Never realised they had one until today. Figure 8 pump track with ok flow. A bit tight in the transitions but fun once you get the hang of it. Great views around the pump track with the beach 100m away.

Timaru Dirt Jumps 5/5⭐️ First time hitting proper dirt jumps on the DJ bike. Video of a local riding the small line. A great place for progression. Hopefully some of the local riders will get the other lines cleaned up and keep them going for a few more years to come.

4/5⭐️ not the best out there but to have a pump track, skatepark and BMX track all in one place is pretty nice. Skatepark 2/5 Pump track 3/5 BMX 3/5 I’m biased towards places that have more flow & jumps. Pretty impressive BMX track if you’re into that stuff. Located just off the main rd as you leave Alex towards Clyde

I’m starting a new personal project to map out all the pump tracks and general spot to ride a DJ bike around New Zealand. It can be tough finding new places to ride when you’re travelling, so I’m aiming to create a collection to make it easier for everyone who’s into riding. Also just reference for myself to know what was good and not so good for future stops.

The new-ish rock section on the Quarry Track was a great watch. I spent a bit of time photographing and filming it during the Evo Cycles Dunedin DH race but ended up with more footage then I needed for an edit. So thought I may as well put every raw video I got of the section into one video.
