💪 Day 24 – Health Reset & Streaming Comeback
Last month, I got my lipid panel and ACR results—cholesterol was high, as usual. Three days later, I jumped on Copilot AI to figure out what the hell was going on. That was Day 1.
Turns out, I’m insulin resistant, with high LDL and a 7% moderate risk of cardiovascular disease or stroke. That was the wake-up call.
So I made the change:
• 🚫 No processed carbs, fizzy drinks, alcohol, or most dairy.
• 🕒 Intermittent fasting (16:8 ratio).
• 🍽️ Breaking my fast with fiber first, then protein, then carbs—a strategy that can reduce post-meal glucose spikes by up to 40%.
By Day 15, the inflammation in my ankle and knee was gone. That’s when I knew: food is medicine.
Now it’s Day 24, and I’m pain-free, focused, and ready to build my streaming page. Time to move forward with the company and share this journey.

My challenge continues #, I had a little setback yesterday due to experiencing creators block. But I guess it was a sign to rest it out and I guess it worked. and really makes sense when creating! All for the company! For the long haul!
