I wish I could share the ones we captured at their home on the farm too… it was honestly so stunning 🥹 the kind of place that just feels special the moment you arrive.

Slowly sharing all the sessions I shot before heading on leave and reliving moments like these makes me miss it already ✨

Sapasap family hasn’t been in the same place for years, with life taking them to different parts of the world… so when everyone was finally in NZ at the same time, they knew they had to capture it.

There’s something so special about sessions like this - the full group photos, the laughter, the “we’re actually all here” feeling. You could feel how much it meant.

Because when time and distance are usually the norm, moments like these become everything. So grateful I got to freeze this chapter for them 🤍

Ate Jen’s family – all the way from the Philippines and finally all together again 🥹

They don’t get to be in the same place very often, but for their parents’ 50th anniversary, everyone made it happen. And you could *feel* how special it was – the loud laughs, the chaotic toddlers, the “wait let’s take another photo” moments.

When family lives in different countries, time together just hits different. So grateful I got to capture this reunion – these are the kind of photos that will mean even more years from now.

I forgot to share this beautiful maternity session 🥹

There’s just something about golden hour in Raglan that hits differently. The way the light wraps around you, the calmness in the air, the softness it brings to every frame… I’m really going to miss shooting here while I’m on maternity leave.

Capturing maternity sessions – especially when it’s their first baby, it will always feel so special to me. The anticipation, the quiet excitement, the “we’re about to become parents” energy… it’s such a fleeting season and such a beautiful memory to preserve.

I’m soaking up this slower season, but I’m already so excited to step back into it all. Coming back in spring, with those longer evenings and dreamy golden hour sessions? It’s going to be magic. ✨

Kelsen family + extended family ❤️

Including the family ute in this session made it so meaningful. It’s the same one the Kelsen girls grew up with – so many memories tied to it.

I love when sessions hold pieces of the past while celebrating the present (the grandkids and granddad on it 🥹). 🤍
