She felt the fear and did it anyway 💃
To the woman reading this who’s been thinking about booking for months…
She travelled all the way from Blenheim to Matamata. Battling cancelled flights, lost luggage, and self doubt.
She almost cancelled twice. She’d just been diagnosed with PTSD. She was turning 40 and needed to prove something to herself. She walked into my studio shaking.
Yet she walked out saying it was the most rewarding thing she’s ever done.
She wanted to encourage other women who feel scared, but to not let that hold you back. Do it scared anyway, because…
✨ She felt safe the moment she arrived
✨ Every pose, every movement, every breath was guided — she never had to figure it out
✨ Her images left her speechless and made her cry (the good kind)
✨ And she would do it again tomorrow
You don’t need to be ready. You don’t need to be confident. You don’t need to have it figured out.
