Baking day tomorrow in my house ( Free power each weekend = all chores get done on the weekend)

Those who know me- know i don't like "lots of steps" kinda recipes... ie... having to wait till its cool to ice lol. BUT I need a slice recipe.. that's yum & easy & not your standard weetbix slice please hahaha.
