Last week I talked about the fun adventure at Karakariki Falls and I finally had a look at the images of that night.

Such a nice hidden gem and lovely walk. At the end of our photo session the mosquitoes were everywhere but the bug spray won.

Did a little photoshoot at the top of the falls where I had to play model. Check out Theart Photography for the walking on water shot.

Took this last week. Not the shot I had hoped for as the first shot would have been better.

Had a fun sunset evening shoot at Karakariki Falls. Even got to play model for my fellow photographer . (Although I prefer being behind the camera rather than the subject)

As we walked back in the dark to the carpark the moon was this big yellow light in the sky. It was amazing. Got my camera out and by the time I had everything set up, the only cloud in the sky was like photobomb...

As it was late and we didn't know how long we would be standing there or if the moon was going to show again---we left for home.

When I arrived home- yes the clouds were all gone but so was that golden colour.

No worries I still had fun and remembered the bug spray. Was lovely not being eaten alive.
