HAPPY NEW YEAR....I know I’ve been MIA after becoming a newbie Registered Nurse, and well, 2026 was the year to get back into the music scene. But since seeing this post, Auee! Nivara Lounge was basically my second home — photographing live gigs, working behind the bar, drinking in front of the bar 😂doing a bit of PR and making loads of awesome friends over the years. Gonna miss it heaps now. I'll be heading over as much as I can throughout the year and i hope you would too, but, wouldn't it be awesome if someone savvy with connections booked the venue for a two-day event with past and present bands. It has been a long time since I last picked up my camera to shoot a show. Saturday evening saw me leave my comfort zone for the first time, to watch and support our Heavy metal bands who enjoy performing and doing what they love doing. I loove this scene. Thank You for the invitation to Railfest 3. Thank You Kaosis and Nivara Lounge for rekindling that flame I once had. 🥰
