March 23rd.

The day that countless couples heard the news that they would have to postpone their weddings.

As we moved beyond lockdown, we were eventually allowed to plan weddings once again.

These weddings, however, had to be small.

After an eight week time-out, we were all ready to make something magical.

I don’t share much of my wedding work at all on Instagram.

I’ll change that.

I've known Natalie for a long time, working with her in the corporate world. It was such a compliment that such an industry veteran chose me to be her photographer for her own wedding.

Of course, as someone who's pulled off hundreds of huge events, her own wedding wasn't going to be anything less than spectacular.

It was my first time photographing a wedding at Sculptureum too! If this place isn't on your radar, make time to drop in to Matakana and browse this eclectic art playground.

These two are off to Vegas for 4th July!

Sam and Kristy got married at Markovina Vineyard Estate yesterday on a glorious winter Monday.

Last 4th of July, Amber and I were on the edge of Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming with a couple of dozen other people, campfires and craft brews.

I think their Independence Day will be a little more extra than ours!
