𝟭 - 𝟱𝟬% 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗗𝗞-𝟵𝟯 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 - for starters, we have put 50% off DK-93 SNAP PRESS MACHINES for this week until Wednesday 4 February.
𝟮 - 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗼𝗴 - Hamish has been back in NZ now since early December, and dispatching orders daily now - and there is a list of house keeping tasks he is working through the rest of the day after the orders have all been dispatched out. We are expecting that house keeping list to take around 9 months to get all completed with how big it currently is. So while for the first part of 2026, you shouldn't expect to hear a lot from us here at Greenbeans while we get a lot of house keeping done - we will be here dispatching daily if you need anything and place that order on our website when you need to and understand we are working through a significant house keeping list of to do tasks.
𝟯 - 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆/𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗯𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 - we are still closing down, and once we sell out of a product line it is not being restocked. There are a number of product lines where we have limited stock in them and expect to have people who hung out for them to go on sale to be disappointed that we simply sell out of them in normal trading over 2026.
𝟰 - 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 / 𝗞𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝟰𝟬% - one of the many house keeping tasks on the too do list is doing a catalog wide price review, consideration, and analysis. While some of this commenced in December, it has not been finalized. In the work done in December, the one product that stood out significantly is Plastic Kam Snaps and that they should increase from the current $5 per packet to $7 per packet - a 40% increase in price. A standard maximum discount of 30% off $7 takes them down to $4.90 per packet - effectively the current price they are listed for. Again, stocking up now prior to the price review of all products is going to be advantageous in you obtaining supply at very fair prices - and with items like Kam Snaps where we only have 2 packets of B36 left - it will allow you the chance to grab them before we sell out and they are not replaced upon being sold.
𝟱 - 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝟮𝟬 𝗞𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗽𝘀 - Socket & Caps & Individual Parts - in 2025 we ordered in Stud & Cap parts to convert all our Socket & Cap parts into Full Sets of Size 20 Kam Snaps. One of the house keeping tasks on our to do list is going through and doing this repackaging. We have now gone through and repackaged all our B1-B60 colour range and where we had any Socket & Cap sets left over - those have been enabled and stock managed on the website. Any of those Caps, Studs, or Sockets left over that cannot make up a Full Set - have been set aside in a plastic box waiting for their future - which if they are not sold as individual parts - they will be mixed up by colour, counted out into 1,000 mixed colour lots - and sold as DFG Snaps to DFG. We are currently working through all the custom Colours repackaging them. If you wish to order any individual parts, now is the time to contact us - replying to this email works - listing what colours and individual parts you are chasing - and doing so prior to us mixing all snaps up and package them up as DFG Snaps. Socket & Caps are listed on the website - and Custom non B1-B60 will be added as we work through them over the next 1-2 months to be repackaged and listed on the website then. Now is the last chance to balance up your snap stash if you desire to - as we will only have Full Sets or DFG snaps on hand come Christmas Day 2026. The when that task is ticked off our house keeping task list will be when that occurs this year around everything else on that house keeping to do list - this is your one and only opportunity to stock up on those individual parts.
𝟲 - 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗸 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 "𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹" - for the past 2 years we have advised customers it is highly advised to move the ordering of their needs to our Annual Bulk Ordering time frame. That advisory now moves from advised to "Essential". While we are shutting down from buying, owning, storing, & supplying product in a "just in time" format, we will continue to supply product to customers who order in Bulk once a year in the same time frame as all our other customers. That time frame is ordering from Valentines Day - 14 February-28 February and that the product from those orders being manufactured and shipped out to land to ship out and supply to you in July each year. 𝟳 - 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘀 - 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗸 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 - we have been sold out of metal grommets and die sets for a while now - and our advice to customers is to make contact with us from Valentines Day - 14-28 February bulk ordering time frame window - and if we can between all customers get enough orders for 200 packets of a size or two - that we will look to get those metal grommets out. This "may" require you to buy 3-4 packets instead of 1 packet to get supply and get us to the 200 packet MOQ we have to order to have any supply - but the first step is for you to contact us from 14 February - ideally via email - so replying to this one works on 14 February of what you are chasing with Metal Grommets - size and how many packets. We will set those emails aside to look at closer to 28 February, and see if we can pull the supply of a size together. We are expecting 6mm & 10mm to be the most likely sizes that we pull the numbers together to order them.
That is it for now - expect things to scale up towards the tail end of 2026 after we worth through all the house cleaning that we are currently working on and we can only again stress the importance of stocking up today while we have stock left on hand.
