Blake and I attended Nelson NZ Streetstock "title" for the first time and I must say it was one crazy weekend. I didn't wanna leave. They have more action than then up North. It just sucked there weren't many north Island cars but I guess it was at the wrong time of the year but it was cool to see two north Island cars make the finals. Was a good weekend. Sadly I couldn't take many photos the second night as I couldn't go in the pits but I got a photo of the streetstock wagon that rolled a couple times. I'm surprised the roll cage didn't get damaged from what I saw up close. Definitely a weekend to keep in the memorial lane. I wouldn't be going on a plane anytime soon after my experience from Chch to Napier.

Back when Gisborne had streetstocks racing. It was definitely a good weekend. I wish my camera wanted to work but wasn't a fan of the night time. I got a couple good photos during the first and second night. I love the streetstocks on the Gisborne track ❤️💗 still pretty sad about when Daniel Oneill got rolled but as we all said sadly was there at the wrong time at the wrong moment but he still enjoyed his night. Got a couple races in on the final night. The car wasn't doing the best due to the broken steering rack the night before hand

Not the best start to the season, as I brought a new phone over the off season and I am not liking it at all. I now know that Oppo cameras suck lol, especially at night time but oh well.Anyways these photos were from Huntly Speedway last weekend on Saturday. There are a couple photos from Rotorua Opening as well. That was on Friday. Definitely a busy weekend that's for sure. We stayed in Huntly Saturday night and made the trip to waihi even tho I was asleep most of the day haha 🤣

Tri Series Streetstocks Round 1 and 2

I got offered to attend Palmerston North and Meeanee to take some photos of the streetstocks and I had some fun finding different angles. Definitely gonna miss watching them every month as I think that was their last night racing. It's getting close to the end of the season. I decided to do something different and get photos of them grid up and them working on their cars.

I would like to thank my partner for taking me to every track and having to deal with me vomiting as I made it a extra hour drive coming from palmy. Wouldn't have done it with you.

I would like to thank Mag Tyre Hastings Streetstock Tri Series for this amazing opportunity.

That's my season done until taipu where I got amazing offered to race in Matt Jay stockcar for the ladies crown. I'm very excited but also nervous haha

I haven't posted in awhile as I was having break from taking photos but I had attend the Superstock teams, First time going it was pretty alright but not as good as I expected. My partner Blake's Speedway drove me to go to Superstock 248s Global Challenge as I missed out Stockcar teams in Rotorua on Saturday but I had a good night out. I got a couple cool photos. A couple with the drivers when they had their parade. Gonna love the sunset in palmy on a warm night 🌅🏁📸

2025 Superstocks Team Champs Over and Out

Not the weekend I was expecting but it was a cool experience. First time going. Got to watch my favorite teams race. Got to feel that adrenaline from the superstocks. I didn't take any photos as there was to many people around and I didn't want to miss any races 😁 Got to see the super saloons on the final night. They definitely put on a show but it was unfortunate for the Flynn's. He went up the wall and rolled it.

The final night was pretty s**t. Auckland should have come first or second but something happened that caused them to come 6th but oh well. Hopefully next year they will get it. Congrats to the Baypark Busters for getting 2rd and Stratford Scappers for 3nd.

I got opportunity to get a photo with the 89S Superstock, wasn't going to say no to that. 🎉🏎️😎

Since Meeanee Speedway got postponed on Friday night. My partner and I attend the Supersaloons Champs last night. I reckon I had a good night on the camera as I had the help of Wayne Otten showing me different angles and got a couple where they grid up. I enjoyed the supersaloon race as well as the stockcars. It got chilly as the sun went down. Definitely a good week, weekend!

My partner and I went to Auckland for the double meeting. We went Waikaraka Speedway the first night. We manage to get a few races in before it got canceled due to the rain was unexpected. I didn't get many photos there was all the cars were close together in the pit. The next day we went to Western Springs Speedway. Not gonna lie that was a good meeting. I got some good photos from in the pit. Pretty gutted about Michael Pickers roll over in the sprintcar. It was definitely a late drive home.

My partner and I and he's good mate Wayne made a trip to Gisborne speedway friday night, took us about three hours. The road was terrible with all the gravel spots with everyone else speeding. Anyways we did that. I spend most of the night trying different angles with the camera but I managed to get a couple good ones. I thought I would try something different. After Gisborne we spend the night in Edgecumbe, then we took the long drive to Huntly on Saturday, that took us about 2 hours. Wasn't a bad trip. Racing was pretty good there. I didn't get any photos there. I got about two as it was way to hot to take photos. We stayed in Huntly for the night "the bed was uncomfortable" then took another drive to waiuku for the Sunday, spend most of the day there. We were there from 9am to 5pm. I fall asleep most of the afternoon and somehow got burned in the car 🤣 but yeah it was a good trip away. We had the long drive home back Hawkes Bay and then took about 5 hours and bit, at that point my stomach had enough.
