One of the highlights of this year's Steampunk Weekend was having the privilege of photographing the incredible HotMess Band—from their character-filled portraits around Oamaru's historic streets to the energy and chaos of their live performance.
There's something special about capturing a band both on and off the stage. The portraits showcased their personality, style, and connection as a group, while the live show was pure energy, music, and crowd interaction from start to finish.
A huge thank you to HotMess for trusting me with these moments, and to the amazing Steampunk community for creating such a unique atmosphere. Oamaru truly comes alive during this weekend.
