A magical autumn 🍂 🍁 maternity session - this was supposed to be shot in studio because the weather was being so unpredictable, but when I spotted this tree I knew it had to be the location and thankfully the rain held off 🥹 the leaves, the lighting and the beautiful parents to be ❤️

To the mum googling “is my baby too old for newborn photos” at 2am 👋🏻 hi, this one’s for you 🤍

There’s so much pressure to get everything perfect and on time in those first weeks. But you just grew a human and then had to figure out how to keep them alive. You get a pass.

Whether your baby is 5 days or 5 weeks … I would love to photograph them. Every age is its own kind of magic and none of it lasts long enough.

Because it’s never really about the photos themselves.

It’s about what they hold …. the chubby hands, the gap-toothed smiles, the chaos and the cuddles and all the beautiful in-between bits that life moves through so quickly.

But one ordinary Tuesday, years from now, you’ll pull up these images and it’ll stop you in your tracks. You’ll remember exactly how it felt to be in this season and you’ll be so glad someone helped you hold onto it.

That’s why I do what I do. And that’s why these photos matter more than you know right now.
