Our recent 3-day visit to Kawakawa Station walk was fabulous, and we were relieved to have missed the wind. Day one to Ant hill 616 meters was a tad wet.but exhilarating to have made it..day 2 and 3 good weather. What a wonderful fun experience: fantastic hosts, great team of buddies, fantastic views, delectable meals, beautiful bush..dark sky reserve, Cosy and welcoming cottages at the end of a good day's hike..
