Your kids only get one mum. 🤍

And yes one of the strongest things you can do for them is take care of yourself too.

Something I’ve only really learnt over the last couple of years is the importance of prioritising myself not just as a mum, but as a person too.

Move your body.
Eat well.
Rest when you can.
Take the time to fill your own cup.
Yes, I know… easier said than done when you have little ones running around, but even the small things matter.

Being healthy isn’t about being a certain size, fitting into a certain clothes size or hitting a number on the scales.

It’s about having the energy to get down on the floor and play with them.
Having the strength to carry them when they need you.
Having the energy to keep up with them.
And looking after yourself so you can be there for all the moments that matter.

You deserve to feel good too, Mama

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s part of taking care of them🩷

When you get put in activewear you would never pick yourself & annoyingly, it looks GOOD🤭

I modelled for SCULPT over the weekend and I’m not going to lie, when she was pulling out some of these pieces I was like… hmmm are we sure babe?😂 Because they’re not necessarily things I would’ve picked for myself.

BUT THEN I PUT THEM ON.
And unfortunately for my bank account… she was onto something🤌🏼

The fit. The quality. The comfort. DIVINE.

And the sports bra deserves its own mention because while I don’t have a photo in it… the girls were SECURED. 😂👏🏼
No bouncing, no pulling it down every 3 seconds, no fear for my life. She definitely served her purpose.

So I’ve been kindly given a code because apparently I’m a model now 🤣( I can’t take anything seriously)
