You could say I accidentally came into being someone known on social media. I was just a 19-year-old entertaining herself with flat lay photos and I never imagined to be picked up and featured on Instagram and the rest is history as they say!

Off days, the quiet kind.
A loaf still warm in its paper, something simple laid out, and light that lingers a little longer than usual.
No plans, no rush — just slow sips, small bites, and my furry kid keeping me company by my side.
The kind of moments that feel fleeting, but somehow stay.

I recently discovered a spot in KL that blends dining and gourmet shopping so beautifully — Culina @ Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur.
What makes Culina stand out is how it combines a modern epicurean touch with the charm of a traditional marketplace — fine food, gourmet finds, and now something truly special.

Our meal started with the Ortiz anchovy with cucumber, cashew cream and chili oil — light, refreshing, and full of flavour. Then came the Burgundy escargot with warm baguette, rich with garlicky goodness, such a comforting way to begin.

For the mains, the highlight was without a doubt the MiGyeongSan Hanwoo — Korea’s finest premium beef and the only place in KL where you can enjoy it. You can even choose your cut directly from the Culina Market and have it prepared at the bistro, grilled to perfection on the Mibrasa. Alongside it, we also had their rotisserie half chicken — simple, juicy, and satisfying.

The whole experience felt refined yet relaxing — a place perfect for catch-ups with friends or simply enjoying a good meal at your own pace. And after dining, wandering through the marketplace filled with gourmet ingredients from all over the world was just the nicest way to end the evening.
This is one of those experiences I’d happily go back for.

An intimate night where ChoCha’s soulful charm met Kurieto’s quiet precision. The space buzzed gently — laid-back, thoughtful, full of heart. Every plate told a story, and I was lucky enough to listen. Grateful to have experienced this beautiful collaboration. Thank you to the teams at , , and .store for curating such a thoughtful evening for all of us.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Bangsar, this unassuming French bistro served up one of the most memorable lunches I’ve had in a while. 🇫🇷
French tunes set the mood, and then came the food — oh mon dieu.
We started strong with a bubbling hot platter of baked Camembert and charcuterie, followed by pan-seared foie gras — crisp on the outside, molten and buttery on the inside, unapologetically rich in all the right ways.
The escargot was unapologetically garlicky (and I loved every bite), and the chicken liver pâté mousse paired with sweet caramelised onions transported me straight to a bistro in Paris.
Then came the mains:
🫕 A seafood bouillabaisse full of flavour with perfectly cooked seabass, plump mussels, and tender prawns.
🍖 Iberico pork bourguignon that just fell apart in the best way.
🦆 Duck confit — golden, crisp, classic.
🥔 Duck-fat potatoes that deserve their own fan club.
And drumroll — the pièce de résistance : the blood sausage 🌭
Lip-smacking, table-smacking good.

Finished strong with a trio of desserts: velvety chocolate mousse, apple tarte tatin, and a dreamy strawberry cake. I’m still thinking about them.
Thank you, Chef Flo, for the unforgettable meal and warm hospitality. I can’t gatekeep this gem any longer. 🤍
📍If you’re ever in Bangsar and craving a taste of France — this is the spot. Go hungry.
