One more from our trip to the UK.
The Roman Baths in Bath are around 1,900 years old.

The site was developed by the Romans beginning around AD 60–70, shortly after they invaded Britain in AD 43. They built an elaborate bathing and temple complex around the area’s natural hot springs, dedicating it to the goddess Sulis, whom they identified with their own goddess Minerva.

The complex remained in use for several centuries during the Roman occupation of Britain before gradually falling into disrepair after the Romans left in the early 5th century.

And I did drink some of the hot spring water from the tap there. Mineral rich and good for you…so they said!

Gwydir Castle in Wales, ancestral home of the Wynn family, has origins dating back to the mid-1300s and was originally owned by the Welsh Knight Hywel Coetmor, who fought in the Hundred Years’ War as a commander of Longbowmen under Edward, the Black Prince at the Battle of Poitiers in 1356.

Following the War of the Roses, Gwydir was rebuilt by Meredith ap Ieuan ap Robert, founder of the powerful Wynn dynasty.
By the 16th century, Gwydir had become the seat of the influential Wynn family, descendants of the Kings of Gwynedd and one of the most prominent families in North Wales during the Tudor and Stuart eras. Rich in history, Gwydir was frequently visited by royalty and often used as a retreat, most notably by Charles I of England. George V and Mary of Teck also stayed there in 1899. The castle was also home to Katheryn of Berain.

Stonehenge is a world-renowned prehistoric megalithic monument located on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire, England.
Built in stages beginning around 5,000 years ago, it consists of a ring of massive vertical stones topped by horizontal lintels. The larger "sarsen" stones weigh about 25 tons each, while the smaller "bluestones" were transported from as far as 240 kilometers away in Wales.
Looking at it you have to wonder how it was constructed. Many believe it’s an alien space port, others think it’s an astronomical calendar. The monument’s layout aligns perfectly with the movements of the sun, notably framing the summer and winter solstices. It is celebrated for its precise alignment with the sun.
