Jayden is such a legend for dreaming up the most incredible proposal

We flew undercover with him on a “scenic flight” to Coromandel Peak in Wānaka, which turned out to be anything but just scenic.

What Chloe thought was a quick mountain landing became 45 minutes surrounded by the most insane alpine views, where Jayden got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Their Wānaka helicopter proposal is one we’ll be talking about for a long time

Elie and selenes proposal was the most incredible kind of surprise

Emmalee was already in Queenstown on a girls trip when Alasdair emailed me asking if I could help him plan the proposal. The idea was that he’d secretly fly over from oz to surprise her

Her friends in on it drove her out to a scenic viewpoint where a heart shaped installation of red roses and one very nervous Alasdair were waiting for her.

she was completely blown away and very quickly said yes!

Glenorchy in summer is perfection

The drive from Queenstown is one of my favourite road trips in New Zealand - every corner is another pinch-me view.

December brings warmer weather, long evenings and endless adventures. My favourite things to do are
Hiking one of the many trails, exploring part of the famous Routeburn Track, stopping at Mrs Woolly’s for a coffee and a nibble taken in the hidden garden &, go ziplining at Paradise or finish the day with a horse trek.

This is exactly why I love bringing my couples here. It turns your photos into an experience, not just a photoshoot.

You get an unforgettable day together, incredible scenery and the kind of memories that are as special as the photos.

Boys, this one’s for you

If you and your honey are holidaying in Queenstown, consider this your sign to book our surprise proposal.

I don’t think you can top these kinds of locations.

Snowy mountains, lakes that look fake in real life, helicopter landings, little secret spots with nobody else around.

It’s the kind of place that already feels unreal before you even get down on one knee.

Steven + Dominic flew over from Australia and me and the team at .nz to plan and capture their elopement wedding for them, which was so magical

The prettiest little Airbnb overlooking the lake, candles, Polaroids scattered, all the details that made the getting ready part of their day feel really personal and completely them.

We took the heli up to Cecil Peak for their ceremony and luckily got the perfect amount of breeze to catch Dom’s veil- both their looks were perfection

Then champagne at Jacks Point to finish the day

Such a beautiful day with two very lovely humans
