Leanne & Sam got married… AND THEN …. They went — HELI-SKIING! 🚁🎿❄️❤️

Forget the traditional wedding day — these two wanted adventure, mountains, powder and a whole lot of fun!

We were SOOO excited to create this completely unique wedding experience for them and family.

They started their day with a beautiful and very special ceremony high above Queenstown on Cecil Peak 🥂 And WOW… what a way to celebrate being married!

Then off for Four incredible runs of untouched New Zealand powder, deep in the mountains, with nothing but fresh tracks, huge smiles, laughter and the kind of freedom you only get when you’re flying into the backcountry by helicopter.

There’s something pretty damn special about standing at the top of a mountain with your new husband or wife, looking down at a completely untouched run and thinking…

“We just got married — now let’s go play!” 🤘🏼❄️

This wasn’t just a wedding with a little snowboarding added on….
The snowboarding WAS part of the wedding.
The mountains were the playground.
The powder was their celebration.
And the whole experience was completely, wonderfully THEM. ✨

What insane dreams are made of… 🤍

Couples wanting to be completely themselves, celebrate getting married their own way, and be totally, wildly in love! ✨

All the way from Israel 🇮🇱, Diana & Nikita had been dreaming about coming to New Zealand and enjoying a wedding and honeymoon of a lifetime — and we were so incredibly privileged to be a part of making this dream come true.

The weather couldn’t have been more storybook-perfect for Milford Sound, and we discovered a brand-new location for a very epic ceremony and celebration. 🏔️

After saying “I do” and having the most perfect champagne spray 🥂, we all enjoyed a beautiful picnic and yummy cake, complete with the sweetest special cake toppers of their fur babies! 🐾

Then we flew on for more photos at Lake Quill and Tutoko Glacier — Fiordland’s highest glacier — capturing so many laughs, smiles and fun amongst the breathtaking scenery.

This will truly be a wedding for the history books! ✨

Flying around Fiordland National Park in a helicopter, with the best weather and the most incredible light, is an absolute priceless experience. There are moments when Mother Nature simply shows off her very best, and this was definitely one of them. 🚁🏔️

But what makes these days so incredibly special isn’t just the places we fly to… it’s the people, the love, the laughter and the memories created along the way.

Some weddings stay with you forever, and Kerri & Leighton’s was certainly one of them. 🤍

One of the greatest privileges of my job is welcoming couples from all over the world and creating an experience that is so much more than a wedding day. It’s about sharing an adventure, witnessing incredible moments, and often leaving with friendships that last long after the photographs have been delivered.

Kerri & Leighton travelled to Queenstown with their beautiful family to celebrate their love in one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking landscapes. Like all true mountain adventures, Mother Nature had her own plans, but with a little patience we were rewarded with absolute magic. Fresh winter snow, crystal-clear alpine air, and the most beautiful golden light created the perfect setting for their heartfelt ceremony high above Queenstown on Cecil Peak. It was nothing short of spectacular.

Moments like these remind me that the best weddings aren’t rushed—they’re about slowing down, soaking it all in, and celebrating with the people you love most.

14 years together… and what better way to celebrate than saying “I do” in the mountains of New Zealand? 🤍⛰️

Originally from the Philippines, Keiane & Kris have worked hard to build a wonderful life together in Australia. To celebrate their 14-year journey, they chose an unforgettable Heli Wedding in Queenstown… and what a perfect day it was!

Winter delivered blue skies, warm sunshine, and the most incredible alpine scenery. We even discovered a hidden Mirror Lake, where the reflections and golden light created pure magic for their ceremony and portraits. Moments like these are what make every heli wedding so unique. ✨

Winter has arrived, bringing fresh snow and creating the most magical alpine backdrop for Alice & Tom’s wedding day. ❄️✨

Surrounded by their wonderful family, they celebrated their love in a true winter wonderland. While it was definitely chilly on the mountain, Alice came prepared with stick-on heat packs and toe warmers, keeping warm while looking absolutely flawless! 🤍

With a little adventure, we found two incredible mountain locations tucked away from the snow and cloud, giving us the perfect mix of breathtaking scenery and unforgettable moments.
