Let us continue our journey across the Alps! Day 1 (you can read all about it here) led us all the way from Oberstdorf, Germany to our first accommodation of the trip which was Kemptner Hut at 1846m in the Allgäu Alps. Here’s what the next part of the track brought upon us…

Two weeks ago today we arrived in Merano, Italy after a full-on six-day-hike across the Alps. Day 1 out of 6 is now up on my blog so head over there to get a taste of what it was like...

I would let my feet speak, because they’d love to tell you a thing or two about it but unfortunately they can’t talk. Well, it’s a good thing they can’t because I would have to listen to some serious rant about how I could have done something like this to them.

Roaring, tumbling mightiness. | Whenever I get to stand in front of a waterfall something snaps and I just have to laugh uncontrollably. I don't know whether it's the joy about being close to something so naturally powerful or if it's the fact that I'm willingly getting more soaked by the second that makes me burst out in giggles. Whatever it is, it definitely feels good!
