Running. We're all built to to it. And what a powerful modality it is for us to not only exert some excess energy, but to use it to move through our emotions, work through life crises, and to prove to ourselves that we are worthy.

If there's one thing I've learnt from covering endurance and adventure races this summer, is that EVERYBODY is going through something. Be kind to people.
