Two photographers can see more than one, take more photos and together we're less likely to miss any important moments on the day. With our backgrounds in design, we pride ourselves in editing all photos with a timeless feel, without heavy filters which will date. We prefer to show natural colours, to tell a story that is true to the feeling of the day. We will provide you with an online password-protected gallery and email you a download link to your photos in high resolution, without watermarks. I first met Rebecca & Zack during a rather windy coastal engagement session, so it was a treat to see their wedding day unfold under warm summer skies. Together with Hilary on second shooting duties the day began with Zack getting ready at their Hamilton home, while Rebecca prepared at a beautiful countryside Airbnb overlooking rolling rural views. One of the sweetest surprises was Rebecca’s best friend flying in from the UK (with newborn in tow!) and joining the bridal party at the last minute. Rebecca looked stunning in a flowing silk black dress paired with dried florals. Elegant with a little wild edge! 🖤💐

Before the ceremony there were some beautiful moments — a first look with her dad, followed by Rebecca and Zack seeing each other for the first time. Safe to say the reactions were priceless. Both wedding parties arrived in gorgeous classic cars that turned plenty of heads along the way. We headed out for bridal party portraits with forest and lake backdrops before everyone gathered for the big moment. 🌲💍

The ceremony took place at the always beautiful Te Miro Woolshed, officiated by the ever vibrant Chloe — a venue we love returning to for its relaxed feel and candid moments. Afterwards guests enjoyed lawn games and mingling, with a fantastic grazing table keeping everyone happily fed while speeches kicked off. 🥂🎉

Dinner was served by Get Loaded, and once things slowed down we whisked the couple away for some couple portraits. The sun had just slipped behind the hills, so we jumped in the car and went chasing light. A short adventure later we found the perfect pocket of warm golden sunlight waiting for us! 🌄🚗

Back at the woolshed the evening kept rolling with real fruit ice cream by Sunny Nelson, toasted marshmallows around the fire pit, some more speeches, a fun chair game and the couple opening the dance floor. As we packed up, Irish dancing had taken over... The perfect ending to a fun-filled celebration with two very special humans! 💃🇮🇪🎶

A stunning summer’s day in Auckland with Hilary photographing by my side, celebrating friends. The wedding of Amsterdam-based Grace and her love Paul — a Kiwi with Dutch roots. How special is it to have guests cross oceans to be there! And directing group photos in Dutch? I was fully in my element! 😄🇳🇱✨

We began at the Birkenhead wharf, skyline behind them and one of their treasured family classic cars setting the tone. Timeless, elegant, a little cinematic. 🌆🤍

Settlers Country Manor in Waimauku felt refined and intimate, with tropical palms framing the ceremony, warm light filtering through, champagne flowing as guests gathered close. We explored the gardens with the bridal party before slipping away for something a little wilder. 🥂🌿

Muriwai delivered drama! Cliffs, coastline, wind lifting the veil just enough. The kind of scene that feels made for a love story like theirs. 🌊🌬️

Storms forced us to hit pause on this one, but the reschedule delivered one of those classic Raglan evenings — warm light, calm air and kids with far too much energy left at the end of the day 🌅

Tania brought the whole crew together at the ocean lookout — 4 generations all in one spot. Sessions like this are less about perfect posing and more about letting things unfold: kids exploring, parents juggling toddlers, and everyone slowly settling into their own rhythm in front of the camera.

The result? A relaxed snapshot of a growing family, a bit of chaos, and a whole lot of personality captured as the sun dipped behind the coast. Here’s a little impression ✨

A proper summer scorcher for Kelly & Jacob’s beautiful day at the Hamilton Gardens 🌹☀️

Full sun in the Rogers Rose Garden, roses in bloom, and a ceremony spot that held extra meaning: both of their parents had once stood in these gardens too. There was something quietly nostalgic about retracing those steps, even as guests searched out pockets of shade and umbrellas, and the groom’s party bravely kept their jackets on like absolute legends!

After heartfelt vows and happy congratulations, everyone drifted into the cool beneath a big old tree for mingling and group photos. From there, we wandered through the themed gardens, each corner offering a different mood and texture, perfect for timeless portraits that felt elegant, intimate and softly romantic.

The evening carried on in the city at The Bank - a heritage building with just the right sense of occasion. It was such a pleasure to be part of this day, and to celebrate alongside all you lovely people! Here’s a little sneak peek from a truly special celebration. 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 & 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 🌊☀️

We hope everyone had an amazing break. Ours was all about slowing right down and soaking up family time on the coast. You can take our cameras away, but the urge to document little moments never really goes away... 📸✨

With our two boys (now nearly 4 and 5), days were filled with swims, bodyboard sessions, sunrise play, skating and hoverboarding along the new walkway — plus the essentials: bubbles, coffees and ice creams. ☕🍦

I’m back behind the computer now, easing into admin mode and looking ahead to what’s coming. We’re so excited to keep capturing your family adventures and love stories in 2026.

From meeting on a pub crawl in the UK to a quiet elopement on the Raglan coast, Shalin & Sean’s story unfolded in the most intimate way. 🤍🌿

With just their baby girl Shay and her mum present, they got ready together and exchanged vows at Nikau Studio, a secluded Airbnb tucked among tea trees, nikau palms and silver ferns. A warm late-summer afternoon, golden light filtering through the bush, and a ceremony that felt calm, intentional and deeply personal. I even had the honour of being their second witness.

Champagne was popped, the sweetest little cake was cut, and then we embraced the elements — heading out to the ocean lookout where the wind had its own ideas. Hair flying and dress dancing! While the breeze wasn’t exactly what we expected, I’m pretty confident these photos made it worth it. Windblown, raw and quietly romantic... 🌬️🌊

Third time lucky with this beautiful crew! 🧡

From photographing Stacey & Zeb’s wedding to a family session with little Billie… and now meeting their sweet one-year-old Florence (and their lovely French au pair who the kids absolutely adore) — it’s been such a privilege watching this family grow.

We wandered around their farm in Walton, soaking up that summery early-evening glow while the little ones did all the things kids do best. It’s an honour to keep telling their story!

Golden hour, wild wind and two people who were super fun to hang with. My kind of evening with Becca & Zack! 🌬️✨

We explored the Raglan coastline and the wind turned into the best styling assistant you could ask for. These two were all in — and as the initial nerves eased, relaxed and totally themselves — which made many moments feel candid and effortless. That mix of softness and spark that photographs so beautifully, and I can’t wait to be there again this summer when they say “I do” at Te Miro Woolshed 💛📸

Tracey & Shon celebrated their marriage surrounded by their nearest and dearest in the stunning Woodside Estate gardens. The venue looked incredible (as always, thanks to Les and his team for keeping it picture-perfect!).

Sunshine streamed through the canopy at their outdoor ceremony spot — a peaceful, church-like clearing that felt nothing short of magical. It was a true joining of families, with their four children playing a special part in a colourful ribbon ceremony symbolising unity and love 💛

Afterwards, we wandered the gardens for photos, with plenty of backdrops to choose from. From lush greens to blooming cherry blossoms in full glory 🌺

What a beautiful day it turned out to be for Maysell & Sam’s wedding at The Red Barn 💛

He got ready on site while she prepared at nearby The Rocks, nestled beneath the Hinuera Stone Cliffs — the perfect calm before the celebration began. After a sweet reveal to her mum and brother, she met her groom for a first look in the secluded grotto, surrounded by native bush and limestone cliffs 🌿

The ceremony—officiated by the ever-vibrant Poppy—was full of laughs, great vows, and all the good energy you could ask for. The girls made a statement arriving in two classic Chevys, which naturally made their way into a few bridal party photos down the iconic tree-lined driveway — because honestly, how could we not? 🚘🚘

Guests mingled in the courtyard, enjoying drinks and canapés. Inside, the reception was buzzing with beautiful speeches and amazing buffet. As the light softened, we snuck the couple away for some quiet sunset portraits. No harsh sunlight, just that soft, dreamy glow. The result? Effortless, elegant, and natural photos that we think perfectly capture their connection.

The night wrapped up under the stars, with a romantic first dance in front of the outdoor fireplace. A perfect full-circle ending to a day that felt both relaxed, refined and so much fun. ✨

Megan and Cam’s wedding was a celebration centered around what matters most: family. 💛

This laid-back couple chose an intimate gathering with their nearest and dearest at Zenders: a Dutch farmhouse venue - a fitting nod to their time spent in the Netherlands (and to me as their Dutch photographer 🇳🇱).

Cam got ready with his 6-year-old son at his nana’s house, while Megan spent the morning with their little girl and her close family. The kids were woven into every part of the day, a real heartfelt celebration.

Under the shade of a beautiful large tree, surrounded by green fields and grazing cows 🐄, they exchanged vows in the spring sunshine. Guests lingered in the warm sun afterwards, enjoying drinks and nibbles while the kids ran about.

I snuck away with Megan and Cam for some photos at the nearby train tracks, and again later when the sun dipped low, casting a golden glow over the fields. 🌅 Those little adventures gave us some of the day’s most magical images.

The evening carried on indoors with heartfelt speeches, a buffet dinner and plenty of laughter. It was less about formality and more about togetherness. A gathering to celebrate family itself.
