Almost a year of training lead up to this moment.
Countless early mornings. Hours on the trails, in the pool, and on the bike. Between work, family, and all the training it was a balancing act. But when the day came, I gave it my all and absolutely delivered.

I didn’t do this alone. To my family—thank you for the endless support and patience. You were with me every step of the way. This finish line belongs to all of us.

To the family, the support and guidance from you all was more than anyone could ask for.

thank you my brother. The brains behind it all, planning and leading me through the unknowns. Appreciate you and your work. 🙏🏼

The Ironman is done, but the journey doesn’t stop here. On to the next challenge. Hmm what could it be. 😏Let’s go.
