When I went to my interior design trip in Oz , we went to the most beautiful modern cabin owned by this interior designer on the outskirts of Sydney and she collected these colourfull wool rugs/ blankets just like this and had the most beautiful stacks under her open stair way and Iā€™ll always remember how beautiful it was, I love that this family used one to bring some stunning colour to their shoot šŸ©·

One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to work with incredible women who are building businesses, following their passions, and making a difference in their own unique way.

Every brand shoot becomes so much more than taking photos. I get to hear their stories, learn about their dreams, celebrate their wins, and often walk away feeling like Iā€™ve made a new friend.

Thereā€™s something pretty special about capturing powerful women who are making the world a better place, one project at a time. āœØ

So grateful to have photographed these amazing women and to play a small part in telling their stories.

1. Youā€™re allowed to feel guilty AND proud at the same time.
Guilty for being at work. Proud for providing. Both can be true. Youā€™re not failing.

2. The house will always be messy.
I used to wait until it was clean to breathe. It never got clean. So now I breathe anyway. And sometime invest in some help x

3. ā€œMe timeā€ feels impossible, but 10 minutes counts.
Not a spa day. 10 minutes with a coffee before they wake up. Thatā€™s it. Thatā€™s enough.

4. You donā€™t have to do it all with a smile.
Some days youā€™re snappy. Some days you cry in the car. That doesnā€™t make you a bad mum. It makes you human.

5. The ā€œworking mumā€ juggle never gets easier, you just get stronger.
And honestly? The strongest women I know are the ones doing both. Like you.

Weā€™re in this together.
