If my eyes could catch the peaks, my legs wouldn’t stop until they touched them.
That’s been me since childhood.
Life gets busy. Work demands more. I still find time to train in the gym because strength matters, but nothing quiets my mind quite like the mountains. Out here, every climb reminds me to breathe, to slow down, and to trust that one step at a time is enough.
Friday’s hike wasn’t about escaping life. It was about returning to myself.
Grateful for strong legs, open trails, fresh air, and another reminder that some of the best therapy God gave us is His creation.
