It is with a very heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I announce the closing of my business (and my 4th baby) Photography by Ria 🤎
I haven’t made this decision hastily. It’s been a process over many months but the time is come for me to close this chapter and begin a new one. One where I can be more present in all the facets of my life.
Over the last 7 years working in the photography industry I’ve met so many amazing people, I’ll be forever grateful for the friends I’ve made along the way. I truly am so lucky to have met such beautiful people on this journey!
To my clients - THANK YOU 🤎 for trusting me to capture so many special moments. For your openness and your vulnerability. For allowing me to be a part of your journey.
Photographers - running your own photography business ain’t for the weak! You’re all superstars. I admire you all so so much 🤎
My last day of work will be June 30th 2026 - if you have a gift voucher I’ll be in contact with you to book your shoot prior to this date (or you can reach out via DM or email).
I’m not sure what will happen with this page. I might still pop in from time to time and say hi! Cos I’m gonna miss ya’ll so much 😭
I’m excited (and quietly sh****ng myself) at the thought of starting a new chapter of my life. Who knows. I might be back one day. I might miss it.
In the meantime, I’ll be taking bookings up until June 30th! So if you did want to get in before I leave, please do! I’ll be adding some extra dates to fit in a few more sessions before I leave.
For now, things will continue as normal ✨ I’m excited for the shoots I have booked and my lucky last shoot along early next month with a bunch of amazing photographers!
I’m gonna go cry now cos writing this was hard as f.
