A little life update! There’s been a bit of radio silence over here since I’ve been in the process of making some major life changes in the past couple of weeks. I’ve relocated to San Francisco for the next few months to further my studies in UX Design (my other passion outside of photography). It’s been a winding road to get here, but I’m so excited to see where this next chapter of life takes me.
This whole journey has been a great reminder to never let yourself get too comfortable with where you are, take risks and do what scares you the most. Since I’m new to the city, if you have any recommendations or work in the design field and want to chat over coffee, please reach out! ✨

Early mornings driving into Milford Sound. We stumbled upon this place for a quick coffee and breakfast alongside the river made conveniently out of the back of our Defender. After spending a few weeks living out of this car, it’s suddenly felt like a second home to me. Probably one of the most scenic swings I’ve ever been on. Whoever built this swing sure had the right idea about where they placed it. I loved spending some time here (minus the sandflies) watching the sun go down over the mountains that surrounded us, just in awe of a place like no where else I’ve visited before ✨ Where was the last place that you visited that took your breath away?

Memorable mornings above Lake Wanaka, one of my favorite little towns I was able to visit during my trip through New Zealand. There was something so special about enjoying a sunrise all to ourselves in such a beautiful place ✨

First light amongst the fjords of Milford Sound ✨ A few days ago tragedy struck the beautiful country of New Zealand while I was visiting and took the lives of 50 innocent people. If you’ve ever visited NZ, you know just how peaceful and kind the people are as well as how lovely the scenery is. It’s heartbreaking to watch a country and the families affected go through such pain, which is why it’s important for us to come together for good and support one another in this dark time. My good friend has setup an online print shop of NZ images, including a few of my very own, where all proceeds will be donated to help the victims’ families. Please show your support and bring some light to someone’s day visiting the shop (link in bio) to purchase a print from one of the many talented contributing photographers 🇳🇿

Skating through the windy roads of New Zealand 🇳🇿
After waiting days for bad weather and rain to pass, we finally caught our first glimpse of Mt. Cook. Instantly NZ stole my heart, with its majestic landscapes, warm hearted people, and beautiful mountains. I already can’t wait to visit this stunning country again.

Magical mornings above the clouds. As someone who travels quite frequently, lately I’ve been reflecting on my actions and how they impact the world around us. I think it’s important that we start being more conscious of our actions and make changes, whether big or small, to help protect this beautiful planet that we call home 🌎
