Last in house meeting of the year recently! Where has the year gone??

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported the Fiordland Camera Club this year! The standard of photography has been amazing — it’s making life very tough for the judges! It’s great to see how much everyone’s growing and getting involved.

We’d love to see even more members entering the monthly competitions and set subjects — the club’s all about you guys, after all!

But its not quite over yet.... A couple more regular events we attend and hold each year.

🚗 Pukerau Rally – 8th Nov
Plenty of action to photograph! 3–4 seats available — email us if you’re keen. Bring gumboots and warm gear (it can get pretty exposed!).

🏕️ End-of-Year Weekend – Hikuraki Lodge (14–16 Nov)
Join us for our end-of-year social weekend at Hikuraki Lodge near Mavora Lakes!

Another great end of year meeting / weekend getaway up the Von! Lots of photos, some deep discussion (all the worlds problems are sorted!) Plus lots of laughs! All in all a great weekend away!

Massive weekend with the club! Our workshop came to a close when we arrived home this evening chasing a sunset from Tuatapere to Te Anau!

A great group of 18 members attended the weekend where we had Trey Ratcliff join us and share his amazing insights on photography and life in general! We all had some new revelations in our photography journey I think!

Friday night Trey spoke, followed by another session on Saturday morning. We then drove up the Milford Road for a cruise up the Fiord. following that was an amazing Sunset!!

Sunday started bright and early at the Yacht Club Wharf followed by a drive as far as Cosy Nook via a few varied spots to photograph....

A HUGE thanks must go to Cruise Milford for the Cruise on Saturday, La Toscana for the amazing pizzas on Saturday night then Lunch today at Orepuki beach cafe Finally Trey Ratcliff for giving us his time to share his craft! Made for a great weekend!!

Does anybody have Microsoft ICE anymore? Its not supported y Microsoft now. ITs such a good Panorama stitching program.... Keen to get my hands on it again!
